What it costs for 10, 30 and 50 clients
We calculated these monthly totals from the prices on the vendors' pages. Our assumptions:
- Monthly billing. Bennu Starter covers up to 50 clients for €34/month, or €329/year with annual billing.
- Trainera says that each price is set for your country and is not converted from dollars. Its page showed us US dollars, and its English page lists euro prices for Croatia. We did not see the price for Slovenia.
- Trainera takes a platform fee on client payments in the app (8% to 1% by plan, plus card or PayPal fees). We leave it out of the totals, because it depends on your sales. Cash and bank transfers that you record are free.
- We do not convert US dollars to euros, because exchange rates change.

How to switch from Trainera to Bennu
Bennu has no import tool for data from other apps today. We suggest that you move in steps and use both apps for a few weeks:
- 1 Before you cancel Trainera, save what you need from it: client details, programs and progress data. Check in Trainera which exports it offers.
- 2 Create a free Bennu account. The free plan covers 3 clients, so you can test Bennu with real clients first.
- 3 Add your clients and invite them to the client portal.
- 4 Rebuild the programs you use most as templates. The built-in library has 259 exercises with videos, and you can add your own.
- 5 Set up your check-in form and choose daily or weekly check-ins. Add session credits for clients who have paid for sessions.
- 6 When you need more than 3 clients, the organization owner can start one 30-day trial of a paid plan in billing. It does not charge you automatically.
If you leave Bennu later, you can export your client list as a CSV file.

Are Bennu and Trainera both in Slovenian?
Yes. Both have a Slovenian interface. Bennu is in Slovenian, English and Spanish. The Trainera website is in 26 languages, including Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian and Macedonian.

For 10 clients, Trainera Starter costs less: USD 19.99/month as shown to us, against €34/month for Bennu Starter. For 30 and 50 clients, Bennu costs less: Bennu Starter covers up to 50 clients, while Trainera needs Pro (USD 49.99/month, up to 30 clients) or Business (USD 99/month, up to 75 clients).
Can clients pay me in the app?
In Trainera, yes: by card, PayPal or bank transfer, with a platform fee of 8% to 1% by plan, plus card or PayPal fees. Bennu does not process client payments. You add session credits after a client pays you.
Do my clients pay for the app?
Not in either app. In Bennu, your plan covers your clients. Trainera clients use the app free and can choose paid client plans: USD 5.99/month, or USD 6.99/month with AI features.
Can I move from Trainera to Bennu?
Yes, but by hand. Bennu has no import tool today. You add your clients, invite them to the client portal and rebuild your programs. Trainera, for its part, offers free migration from other platforms.
