You do not need to set up everything on day one. These three steps get you going, and we are here if you get stuck.
Take the guided tour
A short tour shows you, page by page, where everything is. Open it again any time from the account menu, or under More on a phone.
Invite your first client
Add a client and send the invitation. Then assign a plan and set up check-ins. Stuck? Book a free call and we set it up with you.

Is support free?
Yes. Support is free on every plan, including the free Basic plan. The Elite plan also includes priority support.
When will I get an answer?
We aim to reply to every message within 24 hours. We reply by email, so check your spam folder if you do not see our answer.
Can I get help to set up my account?
Yes. Book a free call and we set up your first client, plan and check-ins with you. You can also start the guided tour any time from the account menu.
Is there help for teams?
Yes. If you have a team of coaches, book a free call and we help the whole team get started. The pricing page shows which plans let you invite coaches.
How do I report a bug?
Email info@bennuapp.com or use the form on this page. Tell us the email address you use in Bennu, what you tried to do and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
Can I ask for a new feature?
Yes, we want to hear it. Email us or post it in the Bennu coach community on WhatsApp, and we tell you if it is already planned.
I am a client of a coach. Who do I ask?
Ask your coach about your plan, check-ins or sessions. You can message your coach in the client portal. If you cannot sign in, use “Forgot password?” on the login page, or email us.
In which languages can I get help?
Bennu is available in Slovenian, English and Spanish. We offer calls in Slovenian and English.
