How the free plan and the trial work
You decide when to try a paid plan. Nothing changes until the organization owner starts the trial.
Start on Basic
Create your account and work with up to 3 clients for free. You do not need a credit card.
Try a paid plan for 30 days
When you need more clients, the organization owner can start one 30-day trial of a paid plan on the Billing page. It does not start by itself, and starting it does not charge you.
Choose a subscription
When the trial ends, your client limit goes back to 3. You then have 14 days to choose a subscription before access to your organization is restricted.
How much does Bennu cost?
Basic is free for up to 3 clients. Paid plans start at €34 a month. The plan table on this page shows the price and client limit of each plan.
Is the Basic plan really free?
Yes. Basic stays free while you work with up to 3 clients, and you do not need a credit card to create your account. It includes training plans, nutrition plans, check-ins, scheduling and messaging.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
The organization owner can start one 30-day trial of a paid plan on the Billing page. The trial does not start automatically when you sign up, and starting it does not charge you. When it ends, you have a 14-day grace period to choose a subscription before access to your organization is restricted. If you subscribe through checkout before you have used a trial, the first 30 days are free, and Stripe charges your card after that unless you cancel.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. You can pay each month or once a year. Annual billing costs less than 12 monthly payments, and the plan table on this page shows how much you save on each plan.
How are payments handled?
Payments are handled by Stripe, so Bennu never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time on the Billing page in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Paid periods are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. The organization owner can change the plan or switch between monthly and annual billing on the Billing page in the app.
Do my clients pay for Bennu?
No. Clients use Bennu for free. You invite them to their own client portal, where they see their plans, log workouts, submit check-ins and message you.
Can I add other coaches to my team?
Yes, on plans that include inviting coaches. The plan table shows which plans include it. Access follows roles and permissions: the owner and authorized team members can see shared client information, and other coaches work with their assigned clients.
Will prices change?
If prices change, we tell you in advance. A new price applies from your next billing period.
